A traditional Puerto Rican Holiday drink, made with Rum, coconut cream, coconut milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and a sprinkle of cloves.  Now added into our traditional butter cake for a sweet tropical treat.

Juicy peaches prepared with cinnamon, nutmeg and a splash of lemon juice added to our butter cake batter to create a delicious moist cake.

Yes it's chocolate!  This is my favoirite chocolate cake, deep dark chocolate with white icing!  If you insist, you can have chocolate cake with chocolate icing - mouse filing is extra!
