1. General Information

Miss Lolly’s Kitchen provides custom catering, baked goods, and related services. All products are made to order.

By using this Site or purchasing from us, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract.

2. Orders & Payments

2.1 Custom Orders

• All custom orders require written confirmation and approval.
• Pricing is based on size, quantity, design complexity, delivery location, labor required, and market ingredient costs.
• A detailed quote will be provided prior to booking.

2.2 Deposits

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all orders.
• Orders are not considered confirmed until the deposit is received.
• Remaining balances must be paid by the date specified on the invoice.

2.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Zelle, and other payment methods listed at checkout.

2.4 Price Adjustments

Ingredient costs, labor costs, tolls, parking, and delivery fees may change. Final pricing will be reflected on the invoice at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

3.1 Customer Cancellations

• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Orders canceled less than 7 days before the event date are subject to full payment due to procurement and labor scheduling.

3.2 Company Cancellations

If we must cancel due to emergencies beyond our control, we will refund all payments made, including deposits.

4. Changes & Modifications

• Minor design or quantity changes may be accepted if submitted no later than 7 days before the event.
• Significant changes may affect pricing.
• Last-minute changes are not guaranteed.

5. Delivery & Pickup

5.1 Delivery

• Delivery is available for an additional fee based on mileage, tolls, and travel time.
• Delivery windows are estimates; traffic and weather may affect timing.
• Someone must be available to receive the order at the scheduled time.

5.2 Pickup

• Once items leave our premises, Miss Lolly’s Kitchen is not responsible for damage caused during transportation.

6. Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

• Miss Lolly’s Kitchen operates in a facility that handles nuts, wheat, dairy, eggs, and other allergens.
• We cannot guarantee products are free from cross-contamination.
• By ordering, the customer acknowledges and accepts this risk.

7. Product Quality & Storage

• Instructions for handling and storage will be provided when applicable.
• We are not responsible for damage or spoilage caused by improper handling, storage, or environmental conditions after delivery or pickup.

8. Event Responsibilities

If your order involves setup at an event location:

• The client is responsible for providing a stable table, climate-controlled environment, and safe workspace.
• Outdoor events must protect products from heat, humidity, insects, or weather.

9. Photography & Marketing

We reserve the right to photograph all products we create and use such photos for marketing, advertising, social media, and portfolio purposes, even if the client’s event is private.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including images, text, design, logos, recipes, and branding—is owned by Miss Lolly’s Kitchen and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Miss Lolly’s Kitchen is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.

12. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Site or attempt to disrupt its functionality
• Copy or scrape content without permission
• Interfere with customer reviews or business services

We reserve the right to refuse service for fraudulent, inappropriate, or abusive behavior.
